Hosting

Die Website wird von Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) bereitgestellt. Bei jedem Aufruf verarbeitet Netlify technisch notwendige Daten: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browser und die zuvor besuchte Seite. Das ist nötig, um die Website auszuliefern und vor Angriffen zu schützen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Netlify verarbeitet diese Daten in meinem Auftrag und speichert sie nur so lange, wie es dafür erforderlich ist. Eine Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln, die Teil des Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags mit Netlify sind.

Wenn Sie mir über das Kontaktformular oder per E-Mail schreiben, verwende ich Ihre Angaben (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Nachricht) nur, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO). Nachrichten aus dem Formular werden bei Netlify gespeichert und automatisch auf Spam geprüft. Ich lösche sie, sobald die Anfrage erledigt ist.

Instagram

Der Instagram-Link ist ein einfacher Link. Erst wenn Sie ihn anklicken, gelangen Sie zu Instagram; dort gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Meta.

Ihre Rechte

Sie können jederzeit Auskunft über Ihre gespeicherten Daten verlangen sowie deren Berichtigung, Löschung oder eingeschränkte Verarbeitung, und Sie können der Verarbeitung widersprechen (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). Eine E-Mail an die oben genannte Adresse genügt. Außerdem können Sie sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, zum Beispiel bei der Sächsischen Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragten.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Every time a page is opened, Netlify processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page visited, browser and the previously visited page. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify processes this data on my behalf and keeps it only as long as necessary for that purpose. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in the data processing agreement with Netlify.

Contact

If you write to me through the contact form or by email, I use the details you give (name, email address, message) only to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Messages sent through the form are stored by Netlify and automatically checked for spam. I delete them once the enquiry is dealt with.

Instagram

The Instagram link is a plain link. Only when you click it are you taken to Instagram, where Meta’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data about you is stored, and have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, and you can object to the processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). An email to the address above is enough. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte).
